yes it is for a website. many people want what is called a fursona, an animal representation of themselves, usually a cat or a wolf, sometimes a different species or a species they made up. Sometimes people will request an art trade, one of their characters for a different person's character. Other times, people will set characters on adoption. This is for a site called deviantart, i'm still getting used to it, but its where people put all kinds of artwork online, for everyone to enjoy :P
