Beautiful, but where's the second eye?

You be able to see a bit of the eye even if there was bangs, like the corner of their eye =3
Why do people draw bangs on cats like cats don't have bangs? I don't mean to offend you I do it too. Maybe it gives them a better look, like eyebrows on humans do.
