@RainbowCharizard Why, thank you for your kind words! I really appreciate your feedback! :'D
@Anonymous Despite my frequent errors in cat leg and paw anatomy, I am sure that the eyes are just about right for the picture. If they were drawn much smaller, everything else would be off.
You're right, they are the right size, but still too close. The lines are almost touching each other. If you look at a picture of a cat you can see that the nose bridge (is that how you call it?) is wider.
Art isn't about getting everything anatomically correct. Art is a form of expressing yourself through no other means, which means you cant express the picture by writing it, dancing it, saying it, etc. This is what art is all about.
I agree with you there. Although I believe everyone should keep practicing and improving as they go along and progress, I think expressing yourself is the most important part. ^^
@Anonymous I never argued with that fact; I know I messed up on the spacing. By the time I noticed the error, I had already finished the facial texture and shading, and did not wish to redo that portion. Either way, I'm happy with this drawing, and I learned and progressed from it. ^^ Thank you for your feedback! :)
Wow, this is really good. Great shading and fur texture!

his eyes are creepy... they're too big and too close.
