If sai, how did you get it? if gimp, i have it but never used it XD if other, please tell o3o Very cute, but i suggest you try studyiing light sources. Shading is a bit off in some areas. But you do have to pay for it after the trial. I have GIMP also, but I'm still learning to use it. Yeah, shadings something I always have trouble with, and since Panache's base color is black, it's a little tough for me to shade him. :P Yes, you may hug the kitty~ XD
Yeah, that's what I've been doing. ^^ I use a sort of medium gray for the base, and then a darker gray for the shading. I can't really use black or else you wouldn't be able to see his outline D:

maybe instead of using pure black, use a really dark gray? ;A; just a suggestion, and for shading use the black.
